To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the Jadiking platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

Accounts found to have been registered by or on behalf of individuals under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and any associated funds may be withheld pending investigation. Jadiking reserves the right to conduct age verification checks at any time.
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Member is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the Jadiking platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or through third-party proxies — is strictly prohibited. Jadiking reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts without prior notice.
4.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide your legal full name, a valid Malaysian mobile number, a current and accessible email address, and your correct date of birth during registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.3 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Jadiking will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
4.4 Identity Verification (KYC). Jadiking may, at its sole discretion, require you to complete an identity verification process before approving withdrawals, granting bonus eligibility, or permitting continued access to the Platform. Required documentation typically includes a valid Malaysian identity document (MyKad, passport, or driver's license) and a recent proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document issued within three months).
4.5 Account Closure Request. You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending withdrawals or outstanding wagering requirements must be resolved before final account closure can be completed.
5.1 Personal Use Only. The Jadiking platform is provided exclusively for your personal, non-commercial use and entertainment. Any commercial exploitation of the platform, including but not limited to operating a betting syndicate, reselling access, or using the platform's content for any commercial purpose, is expressly prohibited.
5.2 Lawful Use. You agree to use the Jadiking platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia.
5.3 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that results in incorrect game outcomes, erroneous odds, or inappropriate credits to a Member's account, Jadiking reserves the right to void the affected transactions and/or adjust account balances to correct the error. 5.4 Platform Availability. Jadiking makes reasonable efforts to maintain 99.9% platform uptime. However, the Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime wherever practicable.
5.5 Intellectual Property. All content on the Jadiking Platform — including but not limited to the Jadiking brand name, logo, software, game interfaces, imagery, and documentation — is the exclusive property of Jadiking or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal gaming purposes. No other right or licence is granted.
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. Jadiking accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels: FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Supported methods may change from time to time; the current list of accepted methods is displayed on the Deposit page within your account.
6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is RM30. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and any funds sent may be returned to the originating payment method, subject to applicable processing fees of the payment provider.
6.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via FPX and DuitNow are typically credited to your Wallet within 30 seconds of confirmation. Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on payment method, KYC status, and applicable security checks.
6.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) the withdrawing Member must have a fully verified account (KYC complete); (b) the amount requested must not include funds subject to active or incomplete wagering requirements; (c) the withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold stated on the Withdrawal page; and (d) the withdrawal must be directed to a payment method registered to and owned by the account holder.
6.6 Currency. All transactions on the Jadiking platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Where a payment provider processes transactions in a different currency, any applicable foreign exchange conversion and associated fees are the Member's sole responsibility.
Jadiking does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged are solely those imposed by the relevant third-party payment service provider, and Jadiking is not responsible for such charges.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, and promotional incentives offered by Jadiking are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be stated at the point of offer. In the absence of specific terms, the general bonus terms set out in this section shall apply.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus, after which unused bonus funds will expire.

7.5 VIP and Loyalty Rewards. VIP tier classifications, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards are subject to the eligibility criteria and terms applicable to the relevant tier or promotion as communicated through the Member's account dashboard. VIP tier status is reviewed on a monthly basis and may change based on wagering activity.
7.6 Promotional Modifications. Jadiking reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Members who have already qualified for a bonus at the time of modification will have their bonus honoured under the original terms.
8.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by Jadiking at its absolute discretion. Jadiking reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to unusual betting patterns, suspected collusion, or odds errors.
8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are as displayed on the relevant game or market interface. These limits may differ across products (slots, sports, live dealer) and may be varied by Jadiking without notice.
8.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void under circumstances including but not limited to: (a) technical error causing incorrect odds or game outcomes; (b) a sporting event being cancelled or abandoned without the specified minimum play period being completed; (c) the use of fraudulent or cloned payment methods to fund the wager; or (d) breach of any applicable betting rule as set out in the specific product rules.
8.4 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets on Jadiking cover a wide range of events including but not limited to English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, Bundesliga, Champions League, UFC, international cricket, and other major sporting competitions. 8.5 Live Betting. In-play or live betting markets are subject to the Platform's real-time data feeds. Jadiking is not responsible for any delay in odds updates caused by third-party data providers. Where a wager is placed after the relevant event outcome is already determined but before the market is closed on the Platform, Jadiking reserves the right to void such bets.
8.6 Palpable Errors. In the event of a manifestly incorrect price or odds being offered due to human error, system error, or data feed error, Jadiking reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price, regardless of whether those bets have already been settled.
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the Jadiking platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and/or reporting to relevant authorities:
10.1 All intellectual property rights in and to the Jadiking Platform — including the Jadiking brand name, logo, website design, software, user interface elements, game content, promotional materials, and documentation — are owned by or licensed to Jadiking. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a transfer of any intellectual property right to you.
10.2 You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for lawful personal gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: (a) copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software; (c) use the Jadiking brand, name, or logo in any manner without prior written consent; or (d) create derivative works based on any Platform content.
10.3 Game content, including slot titles and live dealer software, is provided under licence from third-party game studios. All rights in such content remain with the respective rights holders.
11.1 No Warranty. The Jadiking platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jadiking disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jadiking's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Jadiking account during the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 Exclusion of Consequential Losses. In no event shall Jadiking be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
11.4 Force Majeure. Jadiking shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay arises from a Force Majeure event, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, cyberattacks, telecommunications failures, or any other event beyond Jadiking's reasonable control.
Gambling Risk Reminder: Online gambling involves financial risk. The outcome of any wager cannot be guaranteed. Please gamble responsibly and only stake amounts you are genuinely prepared to lose. Jadiking accepts no responsibility for gambling-related financial losses incurred by Members.
12.1 Jadiking is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. 12.2 Deposit Limits. Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account Dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period before becoming active.
12.3 Self-Exclusion. Members who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or permanent) by contacting Jadiking's support team. 14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Platform's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause shall be interpreted as restricting any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under Malaysian law.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. 14.3 Finality of Jadiking Decisions.
